Registration for 2018 Season is OPEN!
The best prices are available now through September 30.

 

Paying through PayPal below (or mailing a check) will register your team.

 

Returning Teams:

  • NOW through 9/30/17 - $680.
  • 10/1/17 through 12/17/17 - $790.
  • 12/18/17 through first night of qualifying: Jan. 2-5 - $850.

NOTE: ALP-THUR is reserved for teams who raced there last year. If any teams do not return - we will fill those spots on a first-come basis - so email Wendy if you want on the ALP-THUR waiting list. Spots will be held for returners until we can verify.

Liability Waiver

 

Every Racer must have a waiver signed and on file in our office BEFORE getting on our course. If you signed a waiver in the last 2-3 years - your waiver is still good and on file.

Season Pass

 

In the past - The Summit has offered our racers a discount on purchasing a season pass. If they offer that this year - we will post a link here to view their prices as soon as we get that.

 


 

Refund Policy

* If you register and have to cancel prior to the season starting - we will refund your money less $100 for commitment fees.
* 7 weeks are NOT guaranteed but we do everything we can to make-up cancelled nights. We will extend the season as long as the mountain is open to complete the races. This may involve finishing at Alpental, since ALP is open longer than Summit West, or running on another night or a weekend to finish. If 7 weeks cannot be completed before the lifts close - that will be the end of our season (no refund).
* If we are unable to start our season - we will offer a partial refund or a full rollover option to the next year.
